The SCSS Annual Show & Sale takes place the first weekend in May at the Shepard Garden & Arts Center. It features both an exhibition of members’ most prized specimens as well as a plant sale with an impressive selection of succulents.

Our 2025 Show & Sale will be on May 2 – May 4, 2025 at the Shepard Garden & Arts Center.
Here is the official Show flyer (8.5×11″) for sharing. Please print and distribute. Maybe your library or favorite coffee shop has a bulletin board for public events? Please help us get the word out to as many people as possible.
Show schedule
FRIDAY, May 2nd, 2025:
8:00 am: Center opens for setup
9:00 am – 1:00 pm: exhibitors drop off plants
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: shopping for volunteers only
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Show & Sale open to the public
SATURDAY, May 3rd, 2025:
8:00 am: Center opens for vendor restocking
9:00 am – 5:00 pm: Show & Sale open to the public
SUNDAY, May 4th, 2025:
8:00 am: Center opens for vendor restocking
9:00 am – 3:00 pm: Show & Sale open to the public
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: tear-down and clean-up
All exhibitors/vendors must pick up their plants and/or exhibits between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Sunday..
Volunteers Needed!
Volunteers are needed for tasks such as setup, assisting vendors, greeting guests, and event breakdown. Plus, volunteers get early shopping access on Friday before the sale opens to the public!
